Rule 24
In case of dispute between licensee and customer

(1) If there is a dispute between the licensee and the customer regarding the telecommunication service and a complaint is filed before the authority according to Rule 22, the authority shall refer the relevant licensee and the customer and resolve the dispute after discussion with both parties.
(2) If the dispute cannot be resolved through mutual discussion according to sub-rule (1), the authority may issue any order it deems appropriate to the person or customer who has received the license and it will be the duty of the person or customer who has received the license to act in accordance with that order.
